OSB3 / CROSS LAMINATED TIMBER

 

Volumetrically pre-assembled and pre-fitted OSB3 and cross-laminated timber (CLT) modules are used to construct most building types.

 

CLT is created from carefully selected solid, sustainably-sourced, softwood which is glued and pressed into sheets.

 

This creates an incredibly strong and solid cross-laminated timber sheet,

which can be made up to 20 metres long and 6 metres wide.

 

We use a highly automated plant

using large CNC cutting machines - creating walls and floor panels

and cutting doors and windows to size.

 

Manufacturing time is dramatically reduced

compared to site based traditional techniques.

 

Production and delivery to site encompasses lean approaches, with residual site works coordinated to minimize overall project construction programmes and optimise integration.

 

Using CLT materials combined with a highly automated manufacturing

increases the predictability of time, cost and quality.

 

CLT has already been used in the UK in buildings up to 11 storeys high. In

Austria, Germany, Scandinavia, as well as in Canada and Japan.

 

 

Steel / Foam Sandwich Panels

Cement Particle Board / Foam Sandwich Panels

 

Steel sandwich panels with fire resistant very stiff foam in the middle

and their sister product cement particle board (CPB) sandwich panels

are both quick to produce and manufacture

with good fire resistance and thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

 

Both are used extensively in conventional and modern building.

 

Our cement sandwich panels can be supplied pre-finished

and painted in the factory.

 

Panels are usually 2.4m - 7m high and up to 12m wide.

They are stacked vertically and bonded together for quick assembly of walls and ceilings.

 

They are commonly used in developments up to 3-4 floors

Higher when used with a steel structure.

The panels we produce using these technologies are unique in the market

Panels can be up to 16.5m wide x 5m high
